Additional request for Funds

I am returning to the Middle East to cover several stories regarding the occupation of Iraq and the results of U.S. policy in the region that have been entirely absent from mainstream media. This trip I hope to be accompanied by Jeff Pflueger who is a professional photographer, along with having worked as my web-master for over two years.

For all of you who contributed to our first fundraising appeal, a
sincere thanks.

We were able to raise approximately one-third of the amount we need to support a return trip to the Middle East.

Your contributions are essential for my independent, unfiltered, on the ground journalism. It is because of your support that I can continue to report on the stories missing from the U.S. corporate media, and we are hoping to augment these with photographs and multi-media presentations for you from the field.
